You can report any cabin maintenance issues to [email protected] and they'll be redirected to the right people.

Make sure to include:
  • the date
  • flight number
  • seat number
  • ship number (if you can)

You may not get a quick response (if you do get one at all), but your email will be directed to an actual human instead of through the regular customer service queue.

No tray table at my seat (1D). I told the flight attendant who immediately assured me she had only just gotten on this plane so it wasn't her fault. Yes because that's what mattered. She didn't seem overly concerned with writing a maintenance report either.

Doesn't seem logical that someone would walk off the plane with a tray table.

Did you look in the seat pocket?

I should have taken a pic of the remote in 23F on the 737-900 that is used for JFK SDQ. Things stuck and won't come out. Sadly 3 flights in that seat and I never learn.

Who can use them anyway? They're way too tight.

Tray table broken

Apparently the tray table is broken on my SEA->SMF on an E175. Too bad they didn't use duct tape.

Clearly they're out of duct tape! Here's my encounter a couple of weeks ago on a 738, DTW>PHX. Dinner was consumed from the lap; though the FA did offer some type of crate to use as a makeshift tray table. He also scanned the boarding pass on my phone, and said something about receiving 15K miles when I send in a complaint. I did so via DL's site and received 5K. I'm a little peeved as this was paid F.

What first class cabin has groves between the seats? I'd love to book that sometime.
