Delta is already selling tickets for their new PDX-LHR flight starting May 26, 2017. Interestingly it appears Delta has loaded the new flights as only 3x/week instead of the announced 4x/week.
From the Delta PDX-LHR PR:
"The flight will be operated four days per week from May 26, 2017, through Oct. 29, 2017"
What gives? Backtracking on their plans already?
Maybe DL will fly PDX-LHR 3x/week and the remaining 4x/week PDX-CDG will be operated.

That is curious. The schedule is open only out to 6/3/17, however: that doesn't even catch the start of the formal summer schedule.

Looks like Delta has reduced the operating period for PDX-LHR. Service ends October 6 now instead of previously announced end of October. Still 4x/week.
I wonder if Delta will operate this service next year summer 2018 now that AS partner feed is no more. would they instead start PDX-CDG for summer 2018 and take advantage of the skyteam hub at CDG?
