New C+ policy win

This morning I was #3 on list for F upgrade with 2 available and GA called me up. She said "I noticed you didn't standby for the C+ upgrade, I have an aisle would you like it?"
Did not appear to be any C+ upgrade list because there were only middles left when I checked in.

Yup definitely a good GA there! Actually if that happened to me I'd probably give one of my JWD certs.

It sounds like word is getting around not to request C+ "upgrades" if one is at risk of getting stuck in a middle seat.

Nice work by the GA!

Which could have the effect of either turning C+ into EuroBusiness or else filling it with standbys?

I suspect a lot of people would be enthusiastic about paying something reasonable for C+ if DL blocked the middle seats or at least promised to fill them last.
