Targeted Fail: 1,000 mile bonus for Delta AmEx cardholders
Wife and I each received the following email from Delta. Registration required. We each tried registering but were told we're not eligible for the promotion. Anyone successfully register?
We're giving you 1,000 bonus miles simply for being a valued Card Member. No catch. Just register to redeem. Enjoy them along with all the miles you're earning on everyday purchases with your Card.

I had a targeted bonus points email back in Oct/Nov 2015 that failed as well. I called the CS line on the back of the card to have it applied manually. Although, and I don't remember the specifics, it took a couple tries and a little convincing to get them to apply the code.

Same thing for me, immediately can to FT to see if I was alone. Appears not.
Haven't gotten the 2nd email yet but 1,000 miles doesn't seem worth calling in for.

Got the email last night, DL Plat Amex. Registered and points posted immediately. Although the thank you said something to the effect of "thanks for being a Platinum Medallion", not a mention of being an AMEX holder.
