Help with disappearing Skymiles

Hi all.
In a nutshell, 2 weeks after completing a trip, MQMs have not posted even after 2 calls to the platinum line. What next? Keep calling the DL platinum number or some other tactic?

Details:
Two weeks ago I completed a ORD-AMS-DEL RT in J on a 006 paid ticket bought on the DL website. 3 of the 4 segements were KL and one (DL-AMS) was on 9W (via a codeshare announced last fall). All flights were DL numbered code shares. The trip was 1 week long and mid-week miles for the ORD-AMS and AMS-DEL segments had posted along with bonus MQMs. Two days after the completion of the last leg of the trip, I noticed that all miles had disappeared (and associated MQDs). I call the platinum line and a rather clueless agent said she'd send a note to the skymiles department. I checked 2 days after that and still no miles. I called again and this time the agent said she saw the miles on her system and that "they were just posting and should be visible to you in a few hours / end of day latest". This was 4 business days ago (this past Monday). Nothing on my account yet?

What is the best next step for me?

Thanks in advance.....

This - use the Missing SkyMiles option on the form.

This is good advice, but steel yourself for more frustration. Last year, an AF-flown transatlantic segment on an 006 ticket did not post for wife and me. (Separate PNR's). Wife got her missing miles through the online form. I got a reply that partner flights take 60 days to post. So I dutifullied waited two months, resubmitted the form with a scan of my AF boarding pass, and got the miles.

Actually, it slipped my mind to mention that I did use the "Missing SkyMiles" option on the form to supply the ticket number and did submit a request before calling. I even received a canned response a day or so later titled "Your SkyMiles mileage credit is on its way".
