So cheese cubes are missing from SC version of saag paneer.
BTW, we should have seen this coming when Costco started selling paneer and large bags of spinach. |
To briefly weigh in, I don't necessarily have a problem with DL trying to offer a variety of foods at SkyClubs, but with the limited amount of hot food space (particularly at JFK), I think that DL should stick with dishes that please as many people as possible.
This dish was clearly a miss, and shouldn't be offered again. Regardless of the merits of it (I've never tried saag paneer before), the presentation was poor, and I imagine that few chose to partake. |
153 posts about spinach with questionable presentation. On a frequent flyer forum.
Someone post a picture of sexy FAs in a far-flung exotic locale, please! |

You are clearly unfamiliar with Indian food. Healthy it is not. Look up ghee and consider its importance to Indian cuisine.

Please read my post. I said that it *looks* healthy, not that it is healthy.

BTW, we should have seen this coming when Costco started selling paneer and large bags of spinach. 1. They could be missing and/or very rare in the DL variant. 2. They could have been picked out by prior diners before the picture was taken (perhaps they were mistaken for chicken or pork by some of DL's customers) 3. They could just be underneath the spinach. I doubt proper presentation in a warming plate was taught to the SkyClub staff, so they just dumped it from the bat in back into the warming plate. |

Please provide a list of such dishes.
- Woodfords - Makers Mark A small, but vocal minority might argue for Biscoffs to be added as a third item. |

I do read your posts. That is precisely why I question your familiarity with Indian food and its preparation.

I am genuinely curious... Are you this critical in person? You seem to over analyze everyone's general comments.

i suspect there are many posters on the DL board of glyertalk who would say that there are a total of two entries on that list:

As I noted, I live in a bubble and am generally around a diverse and worldly group of people. In person, I don't think I'd tend to encounter many people denigrating Indian food as some sort of human waste. That's why I come here, to keep me grounded.
