Did it last year (VS arrival in T3, SU departure out of T4). It wasn't so bad, the buses run pretty regularly. You do need to re-clear security (but you would need to do this anyway). 2hr 15min should be more than enough time. The real nuisance is re-clearing security, the bus ride isn't too bad.
