SDC -- per the rules -- is supposed to work on award tix

SDC for non-status pax is $50

For F award tickets, the rules are the same. There's a $50 fee (per change) for someone without status. Also, they're likely to reach less accommodating agents; I don't know if that matters. (Some of my changes involved co-terminals, which a non-Diamond would have a much harder time getting.)
