250 SkyMiles for flights starting in Canada priced under $284CAD

Just saw this - looks like someone forgot two zeros on the pay with miles. If you book a DL flight starting in canada priced under $284, you can use pay with miles to pay for it with 250 SkyMiles.

Only works for flights originating in canada, and you must have the cobranded AmEx card.

Darn, I wish they offered college students "Flights for 250 SkyMiles", definitely would take advantage of that.

Perfect timing, I RSVP'd for a Canadian wedding yesterday (my first time going to Canada since 2002), and just used this trick to book my return flight.

I was able to book my flight for February from Vancouver. We'll see if they end up honoring the booking.

It seems a bit slow, but working for me.

Delta has become super slow. Try logging into delta, then finding the flight on flights.google.com, then clicking the link to book at delta.com

Success! Site took about 4 minutes per screen to load. If you're trying, persist!

Maybe delta.dumb is slow because everyone is checking their rollover and looking for the new free drink electronic coupons in their accounts.

I'm seeing "flight booking errors" for the flights I'm trying to get seats on... revenue management may be onto this deal now

what route? I also keep getting an error? Is there a specific browser/device you've had luck with? the iPhone app and mobile sites do not offer the pay with miles option.

This "deal" is all over the bloggosphere now. BoardingArea as the usually culprit.

Boarding Area article says "This offer has expired". Despite the "pay with miles eligible" link in the fare table, the pay with miles drop down menu now does not appear when I try to make a booking.
