If you haven't yet picked your choice benefits from DM/PM elite status earned in calendar year 2014 for the 2015 program year, January 31st is the deadline. It used to be February 28/29, but DL changed the dates of the program year.
Don't forget or the benefits will be permanently lost. DL doesn't give extensions on this.

My SO just earned PM for the first time late last year. Delta did not inform him at all about his Choice Benefits. I wonder if that is the norm.
ETA: I have not received anything reminding me that I've earned the CBs for many years. My only memory was the first 2 years they provided them. Since then no reminders to my knowledge. Have I just missed the prompts?

The Choice Benefit earned in 2015 is for the 2016 benefit year. The 2016 benefit year doesn't end until January 31, 2017. You have 12 months remaining to make the 2016 Choice Benefits choice (the benefits earned during the 2015 calendar year).
