Talk about a tempest in teacup. Seriously, people are going to make purchasing decisions about who to fly simply because an airline tweeted support for one football team over another? Offer a fare $5 lower than the next guy and everyone will magically forget.
Beside, the Super Bowl will be won by the Steelers or the Packers anyway.

My post was my experience at Jackets games I went to, in particular a Red Wings game. I'm not a Jackets fan. I'm a NY Rangers fan who went to Blue Jackets games while I lived in Ohio. My wife is actually a Red Wing fan (she's from Detroit). And yes, Red Wings fans do travel well. Had a friend (Red Wings fan) go to a game in Tampa and said it was louder in the arena when the Wings scored without sound effects than it was when Tampa scored with stadium inserted sound effects.

The publicity they have received for the operational excellence has been terrible, hasn't it? I mean, they even got AA to say it.

This goes along with DL's public infatuation with SEA. There's even a 3-4 minute on-demand video in Delta Studio where they talk up what they're doing there.
No, there's a noticeable amount of people who insist on wearing OSU gear to CBJ games, almost as if saying "OSU is still #1 in this town DON'T YOU FORGET IT!".
As for the local Red Wing fans, I think they call those Red Jackets fans, just as there are Pred Wing fans in Nashville.

Football fans are loony and irrational when it comes to their teams. They are only exceeded in fanaticism by Soccer.

Seriously, I love how people get worked up over the dumbest stuff. Being from MN people here needs to grow a pair. Lets Face it, SEA is where DL plans to grow, MSP is as big as it will get. People want to fly Sun country big whup.
No seriously, THE BUSINESSMAN who changed 13 flights over this? Seriously, no way that happens.
