You're confusing with another "entertainer", Iggy Azalea (who is Australian). Two completely different people.

Basically someone with no celebrity credibility in rap or in life. It telling that she gets more attention for her feuds/behavior than for her music.

Exactly. Delta is a major sponsor and supporter of LGBT rights globally. A homophobic jerk should be banned permanently. Bye Felicia!!

A rapper acting like an a-hole....

Why does that not surprise me?

I don't tolerate b!tchassness...

I don't think her insult is homophobic, though.

Delta actively (and heavily) targets the entertainment industry. While most in the industry don't misbehave, it surprises me that this doesn't happen more often on DL, especially on the JFK-LAX route.

She doesn't seem afraid of gays. Probably just doesn't like them on occasion; kinda of Mel Gibson with the Jews...

May I suggest staying on top of definitions? While the suffix "phobia" translates to fear, modern dictionary references to "homophobia" include fear of, aversion to, and discrimination towards homosexuals.
So yes, the term "homophobic" applies here.

WHAT?!?!?

So, by this argument someone who uses the N-word is not a racist if the reason they are using it is they don't like black people from time to time. If someone had called her the N-word she would have lost her sh@t.

There is NEVER a justification to use a pejorative term to describe any group or individual. In a civilized society we are better than that. Whether it's sexual orientation or race, or gender or religion or anything else it's just not cool and demonstrates an overall lack of education and maturity. It's particularly troubling to me when one minority groups attacks another. As a double minority I just don't get it.
