My wife and I did it in the KLM lounge in AMS a few years ago. Use one shower, I mean. And maybe....

Ive always wondered this. Friend of mine and I travel together frequently and so our changes of clothes are mixed up in the same bag. Always thought it would make more sense for like me to shower first, then while im drying off and changing for my friend to shower, and then dress out of the same bags.

No SkyClub showers but the Xpress Spa near D concourse has showers if you're desperate enough to pay for it. They're expensive --- $40 IIRC.

Looks like the United Clubs at DEN don't have showers either. I thought I might have finally found a good reason to fly UA.

We've shared the shower multiple times. Gotta go green.

Mrs. Lee and I have done exactly this at an AF lounge in CDG when it was crowded.

She showers while I brush my teeth, put in contacts, etc. at the sink. Then I shower while she is doing her thing at the sink.

Of course, if the lounge isn't busy and we can get two shower suites...that works much better.

SFO has a really great club too. I was there a couple weeks ago.

SFO has a decent sized base and the JFK transcons. That's why they build the really nice club.

I have heard a couple come in together and ask for a shower. I was right behind them, and the attendant at ATL E clearly gave them two showers as far apart as possible. Not sure if it was on purpose or not. The couple - somewhat surprised that they had two showers, went their separate ways. The attendant didn't flinch at it.

The showers are sanitized in between use, I don't really see the issue of a married couple using the same shower if they want to.

When my wife and I use to travel a lot a couple of years ago. We would shower together with no problems. I would ask the person at the SkyClub if it was ok, and they would say yes. I don't recall the cities, but it was several here in the U.S.

My mind was in the gutter - but seriously it makes sense to share especially if there are a few waiting. I would have no issue and I would not ask permission I would just do it.
