DL is (was) charging full Y. Obviously, seats sold out (or close) right after the accident as people realized their Amtrak tickets weren't going to be useful and they needed to travel.

I don't know how many seats DL will actually give away, given that the flights were already pretty full. (Yes, they said they're flying larger planes; but they also have more demand from people who need to travel, and if those people haven't bought Amtrak tickets yet they don't get the free flights.)
