People have been reporting that the AA 77W routes have sometimes been overbooked in FC with few good options for passengers, often kettles on saver award tickets obtained far in advance, who lose their seats. Some have been forced to fly in coach or to reroute in business class on old aircraft with inconvenient schedules.

15-16 hrs in 3-4-3 coach? They would have to put me in a medically induced coma.

I'd also be upset to get stucck in an old 2-3-2 business class cabin for a business class (or worse) fare.
