Award mileage charts?

We don't know if those rates apply anymore at all. The lowest was always only when Delta offered them so that hasn't changed with the chart removal. What has changed is that the charts only tell us what Low was when the charts were published. Delta could have easily change the Low value and we wouldn't know.

(I don't think they have as I have still found old low pricing).

Actually, I think we would know right away since the R awards would reflect the new pricing immediately.
