In a movie theater, no one wants their eyes/ears covered so there is always expectation of quiet enjoyment. Absolute worst case here – there is a loudmouth in the theater making it impossible for others to hear the movie. If that person refuses to leave, they will be escorted out by police and maybe everyone else walks out with refunds. Try doing that at 36,000 ft.
