Is delta.com having trouble?

Is delta.com having trouble?

A relative passed away and I am trying to book award travel. At first it was merely failing to complete the booking, but not it won't even accept a login?

I get an error message about them performing service on April 12, 2015. I guess even their calendars are screwed.

Same thing here. I thought it was a forgotten password. I did see an old system maintenance notice pop-up afterwards for April 12th.

My condolences about your family member.

Thanks for condolences. I finally did get through on the phone after 90 minutes waiting. I was told they couldn't help me because the whole system is down.

Said ETR is 30 minutes.. it's been down for an hour and a half so I have my doubts.

The April 12 enhancements are rolling out now. I can't even log in. I think that's a reasonable amount of time for an IT department.

Forget about logging in...Even just going to the main site gives me:

A MISSED CONNECTION

This is just a generic message which they are evidently too busy fixing things to edit. I can tell you that calling 800-221-1212 will not help. They are stuck too.

Got the same message at DL.com

Did anyone know of this supposed maintenance before today? Seems odd that DL would say they're going to do maintenance on the website at 2am ET and the website is down over a hour and a half before that.

Did anyone even bother reading this message entitled "A Missed Connection"? The date says Sunday April 12th. Today is Saturday May 2nd! Not even close! So what has this "message" even got to do with the current topic? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

If you read the title of the thread, it pertains to DL.dumb having problems. And, last I checked, about half-an-hour ago, it was not working, and displayed the message that I took a screenshot of and posted above. It displaying the wrong date, only further proves how AWESOME DL IT is!!
