Delta Standby Priority List
 

Please help keep this wiki up to date and as accurate as possible so Delta passengers know where they should be on the on the standby list - as opposed to where they actually end up. Changes should reflect Delta's current standby priority policies with information from reliable sources. For example, gate agents are notorious for giving misleading, false, and conflicting information about standby priority, so try to corroborate anything they tell you about it before changing this list.

EDIT: Some people obviously feel information like this should not be made public - they feel that they benefit from the current system of upgrades and don't want anyone else ruining a good thing. The PMer failed to convince that this list is out of order or otherwise incorrect - they were just trying to discourage its posting.

Well, got a PM telling me, as expected, that the list is wrong but failing to state what's incorrect or out of order.

I put out this info hoping it would help someone figure out where they are supposed to be on the standby list as opposed to where they actually ended up - just trying to throw a little light on the subject. I think folks that have insight on issues like these but don't speak up are doing other FFs a disservice.

This is a level of detail few people can offer off the top of their head. Are you a former employee? Contract employee at a DL/DL Connection station and pulling this off DL systems?

Not an airline or other travel sector employee and never have been. Most of the codes listed have been in use for years, not sure if any are still current. That's why I thought we could all collaborate on this list - having the correct information out there really benefits us all, IMO.

The point of this thread is so folks have an idea where they should be on the standby list in relation to where they actually ended up. I also thought it might help some folks identify "Shena".

I suggest you add a wiki to the thread and let people edit and correct your list.

You can then cut down your initial post once it's copied into the wikipost.

In general, that should result in a more accurate list.

A lot of it looks correct from my old notes collected from what others with inside info had posted... you're missing DM however.

The last 'official' list I had was when we still had UP3/UP3D etc coding which is gone and replaced with UPGR so not sure what else changed on it.

Oops - how'd I miss DM? It's added now. The list is now a wiki so everyone can edit it.
