The LAX Club is one of my least favorites. It's always crowded and understaffed and they don't seem to replenish food quickly.
That said, I don't think it's the job of the Club employees to go roust people who are sleeping with their feet up. I can only see that working out badly.

I see very simple solutions to pictures 1 and 2 (except the butt scratch) - either an 'excuse me', or failing which, a broad sweep of the arm or bag to knock the offending limbs out of the way so one can sit down followed by a non-apologetic "oopsie, sorry about that".
In the case of photo 2, I'd probably leave a quarter on the table so that fool can go buy a new pair of socks.

Just let your money send a message and cancel your club memberships.
I've been a visitor in a club and wasn't all that thrilled. I can't imagine spending approx $400/year for free wi-fi and comfy chairs. These pictures show that the club/lounge isn't any more comfortable, appealing, clean or classier than anywhere else in the airport.
If I have a long connection, it's always easy for me to find a quiet place in an airport to make calls or watch a movie.

I was in there yesterday and the bathrooms are still closed (except for the 4 bathroom / shower rooms) so 4 toilets for the entire club. There was a constant line. One of my least favorite clubs in one of my two least favorite airports.

Part of the club has been closed for a bit, at least in the mornings, because of the construction on the showers/in that area. I believe there were signs detailing that they were undergoing construction, which would presumably limit seating.

Whoever the contract cleaners DL hires need to step up their game. Full trashcans - there is no excuse. Perhaps DL needs to find a better contract company at LAX.
I agree, LAX is a terrible SC. Some of the DL staff have helped me many times at that club and have worked miracles.
^ to the LAX SC staff.
to the SC itself at LAX.
I think the problem is there is nowhere to expand the SC at LAX. Terminal 5 was built in the 1960's for 1/4 the number of flts they currently handle.
In Apr-2013. Delta Air Lines announced it had partnered with the City of Los Angeles and LAWA to overhaul terminal 5 at LAX. Delta has invested USD12 million for check-in and lounge improvements, with USD25 million provided by the US TSA. LAWA will finance the remaining amount through commercial paper/long-term debt, cash on hand and passenger facility charges collections.

I've come to think of most of the SkyClubs as a place to grab an apple and maybe a quick drink. Other than that my experiences over the last six months have not been good. My last LAX experience I had to sit on the floor because there were no chairs. I was in SLC last month and the place was trashed.
It's amazing what a difference the Centurion lounge at LAS is or even the Airspace lounge at BWI. I even like the Club in F at ATL. They just feel more like an airport club. With the exception of a handful of SkyClubs, most are nothing special.
I like some of the new food options, but at busy times it's like ringing the dinner bell. I swear people would eat anything that isn't tied down.

I agree 100% about the Centurion lounge at LAS, my home airport. Thank you American Express for building that club! ^^^
It seems DL needs to step up their game and hire more cleaners for the SC's. There is no excuse for trashcans overflowing - none.

Empty Drink Tray as a Dinner Plate
See the round metal "empty drink" tray in Kettle1's picture?
I once saw a woman fill it up with snack bits -- like chips and cheese bites like it was a big dinner plate, and take it to the corner of the Skyclub for her and all her friends to share. We are talking Americans over the age of 40, too.
It ain't the Skyclub, it's the customers or perhaps the excessive number of them.

That was my wife and I. Was it near the magazine rack facing left? If it was that was me and my wife, or my secretary. What day are you talking about? Thursday it would be my wife. Friday it would be my secretary (but she is in her 20's).
