Boarding Passes

The travel policy at my company now requires that I submit boarding passes to get reimbursed for flights. Is there a way to pull old Boarding passes for Delta flights?

Not as far as I know. So here are a couple of suggestions.

A) Tell them to get their collective heads out of their asses as BPs do not always exist anymore.

B) Just get a PDF of any BP and edit it within Adobe (I have actually done this in one case when I knew an airline might hit my traveling companion with an incorrect visa interpretation).

C) Change jobs

Sorry I could not provide a better answer, but I really get tired of idiots (not you, your company).

Not that i know of either but you can go into MyDelta -> MyWallet and view all the receipts for your past trips. Hopefully they will accept those, as exwannabe said....no one uses paper passes anymore

My wife is dealing with the same issue, but it is for future flights, and not retroactive. Surely, in your situation there must be some sort of break in date.

My problem is that this week I was late to the airport and didn't have time to go to the Kiosk to print my boarding pass. Argue

Just curious - what is their thought process here?

You book a flight - cancel (or change) flight for personal use- but submit receipt for flight? BP guarantees you actually flew?

The best solution to the OP could be either to take a screenshot of the mobile boarding pass and send it to your employer that way, or when doing OLCI you can save your boarding pass as a PDF before sending it to the printer. In other cases there is no way to obtain a boarding pass after the fact. You could always save your boarding pass and scan it later I suppose.

But I agree, an overall asinine policy from your employer. Generating your receipt after the flight will indicate whether a segment was flown or not.

Actually the policy is not as asinine as folks might think, just another PITA. When a company buys a ticket they expect the employee will fly that ticket. Given one can book a ticket, get a receipt, then within 24 hours cancel it, then fly a different booking the requirement to turn in the boarding pass is a way of auditing the travel.

My suggestion would be to go into your activity and print the flights showing the ticket number and the credit. You could also try the "request mileage credit" to see if it will pull the flights. That said the wallet option is probably the best.

You could print a copy of your SkyMiles account as proof of your flights.
