Chisholm call center now taking ALL medallions calls

Just talked to an AMAZING (as always) Chisholm medallion rep.

Was told that under the latest changes ALL medallions, even FOs, can end up at the coveted call center!

Can anyone else confirm (maybe this is not new but I thought it was still for PM only)?

Sounds like an enhancement for PMs and DMs who are by default less likely to land at Chisholm if all elite calls are now being sent there.

Some people used to think about stopping short of DM in order to have their calls handled by Chisholm. Now we need to stop at FO to increase the odds?????

I'd pick Chisholm as a Choice Benefit if it were offered.

Maybe Delta could monetize the Chisholm call center.

Again, is this Medallion calls "can" end up at Chisholm or Medallion calls "will" end up at Chisholm? Supposedly PMs have been routed to Chisholm previously, but far too many of my calls end up at SLCRES.

Again was told they can now get calls routed from all medallions. We all know how good Delta IT is so who knows. This is just info from one rep but was a VERY good rep ( yeah I know they all are but even for Chisholm he was tops )!

I, as a DM, have been routed to Chisholm a handful of times. How is this change different? Granted, the majority of my calls are handled by SLCRES which does an OK job.

I'm Diamond too, and all my calls go to SLC. My needs have been simple lately, and I have no complaints about SLCRES. Occasionally, ATL and Jamaica, but I don't think I EVER got a call routed to Chisholm.

Iron range!!!

These folks are not afraid to dig deep to find inventory or piece together stuff not on the first page of their screen, or look for inventory not on DL metal (even when in JV).

I've gotten routed to them as GM & FO. So, it "could" be done in the past...and may I say, it was always a delightful experience.

I've been sent to HIBRES even in years when I was a general member. I think it's always been a bit more than just DMs only.

Let this be true. You can tell when you hit Chisholm based on the (lovable) accents.

Speaking of HIBRES, does anyone know, does the 218 area code number (you know which one I'm talking about ) reach them directly still, or does it just dump you into the regular queue (and/or your tier queue once you enter your SM #)?
