They already limit upgrades via FCM. They could simply keep the program in place but increase FCM so much that people rarely/never get upgraded. Results in no upgrades for most elites but save face to keep the program "benefit" intact.

What happened was I had a typo on complimentary and it autocorrected it to the complementary. Sorry about the confusion.

Actually, AA only offers comp upgrades to their top level elites (Executive Platinum). All other levels have to purchase 500 mile upgrades.

I believe that, but you still like to stir up things for your own amusement. Trolls are only a problem for those who react to them. They can even be quite amusing. I bet you got sent to the principal's office a lot.

Not defending the idea, but in some ways it makes sense that DL would do this. Push up MQDs and force people to think long and hard about pushing towards DM. Make upgrades available as AA does for only highest level or charge PM and GM to upgrade with points or $$. Not saying I agree but I could see it

If your source is an FA, then I completely believe it!

Hell....even I call BS and trolling on this one. As much as I'd love to see a sticker program similar to AA, I don't believe it is happening.
