Putting Skymiles # on Airfrance Award Ticket Alitalia Metal
Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has specific experience changing FF# at the Kiosks to Delta on AF award ticket. I've read about this in various blogs but not sure what to expect when I show up at the Kiosk.
So to be clear I booked an Air France Award ticket FCO to JFK. Direct flight on Alitalia Metal.
Will I be able to edit the FF# at the Kiosk at check in? Should I try to do it earlier via the website?

Why bother? Won't earn miles- and assuming you're in Magnifica class, you don't need Sky Priority benefits.

Not entirely correct - There are many times I earn KLM FB points on Delta biz award tickets! (by putting in my FB number)

Also works in reverse when on KL/AF biz award with DL FF#. Doesn't happen all the time, but once in a while you see it credited as MQMs and the bonus. I definitely do not call or ask why it happens obviously.

Figured out why i couldn't change the FF number
Thanks for the replies. I figured out my problem. I booked as an AF award ticket operated by Alitalia.
I couldn't seem to log in to Alitalia with the PRN But it worked using the ticket number.
Once on Alitalia the operating carrier's website I was able to change and include my Skymiles info. AF site would not let me change.
