This wiki is intended to contain a list of opportunities to fly internationally configured wide-body aircraft within the United States, aside from the usual JFK-LAX/SFO 767s and newer domestic DeltaOne routes. This is a collaborative wiki, not an OP-maintained thread; please contribute by editing the wiki directly as you become aware of regularly scheduled or repositioning flights. Schedules change far more frequently than community members have time to update this wiki; therefore please verify the equipment before purchasing a flight.

Regular service through March 2021:
JFK-LAS
JFK-PHX
JFK-SAN
JFK-SEA
JFK-SFO
JFK-SLC
LAX-KOA
SEA-KOA
SEA-OGG

Positioning / one-offs:
SLC-SEA
SLC-LAS
SLC-BOS 4x a week
BOS-LAX
JFK-MEX
JFK-SJU
LAX-HNL

one way to search for these on ITA

This Delta Cargo schedule lists wide body routes by region.

Looks like the A350 is running between LAX and ATL, Sunday only Red-Eye to ATL, Monday evening only return to LAX. Through Sept. 6th

How do you 'find' this? Throw in two city pairs in the flight schedule and hope for the best?

Atl-sfo 777

It appears that the post-Thanksgiving crowd will see quite a few wide bodies:

I found the following:

777 on DAL1680 ATL-SFO (10:00a - 12:25p)
turns to
777 on DAL1279 SFO-DTW (1:30p - 8:30p)

Also an A330-200 on DTW-SFO-DTW
DAL1988 (7:50p - 10:06p)
DAL1988 (11:05p - 6:35a +1)

Additionally a B767-400 on ATL-SEA-ATL
DAL520 (8:15a - 10:55a)
DAL282 (11:55a - 7:35p)

Finally, there is also a 777 on MSP-DTW-MSP
DAL943 (2:18p - 4:55p)
DAL943 (7:40p - 8:33p)

There are also numerous 757-200 BE planes throughout the schedule as well.

I am not sure how to update the wiki, so if someone could help with that...Thanks!

SEA-MSP and MSP-SEA had a 767-300 this week. I haven't looked to see how long that goes. I've had an A330 on that in recent memory too.

If you expand the wiki, there's an "Edit Wiki" at the bottom right corner. Simply click it, and then enter the information.

FlyDeltaJets87,

Oddly enough, when I am logged in, I only see a print wikipost at the bottom right-hand corner.

Odd - it may be a number of total posts thing (seeing that you only have 83 total), to prevent someone from joining and maliciously editing thread wikis, but that's just a guess on my part.

I can add the updates to the wiki for you. What are the dates of the routes you've found? Are they one-time flights or are they new additions that will run through the end of the schedule? And any other limitations (days of the week, or a break over certain holiday periods, etc.)

Basically yes, but in a slightly more educated manner. Start with the PDF schedules. Then when aircraft seem to be rotating (i.e. 10/26), check flights between hubs/international gateways, and a week or two on either side. Also check the same, and other major routes, around peak holiday travel times.

You have to be a member for 90 days and with at least 90 posts to be able to edit a wiki. So you're almost there! I'll add these for you. Nice finds.

FlyDeltaJets87,

Thanks so much for the answer and your willingness to update the wiki for me!

They are all one time flights on Sunday, November 30th.

javabytes added them before I could so your thanks gets to go to him. However, if you find any more, be sure to post and if I catch it, I (or someone) will be sure to add them until you reach the post threshold where you can edit the wiki. Nice job on the finds though! ^

javabytes,

Thanks! Makes sense and appreciate you editing the wiki. You are right in regards to most of these happening around aircraft gauge changes.

There is an additional one on Saturday, November 15th between ATL & SEA:

DAL129 - A330-300 - (8.10a - 10:44a)
DAL282 - B767-300 - (11:55a - 7:34p)

Working my way to 90 posts.
