Wink How Close Can Someone Get?! Status Requalification / MQM Rollover

All,

Good morning. I thought we had a thread already discussing where people stand so far this year, but I could not seem to find it (mods - feel free to merge) .

I just finished my LHR DTW LAX SAN MSP NRT HKG NRT LAX ATL DTW LHR expedition (great trip!!) yesterday. MSP-NRT-HKG was all DL155 so a "through fare" vice different flight numbers (earned 7,502 vice 7,792). I'm pretty sure DL is NOT going to give me the extra 290 miles I actually flew.

And here's where I stand:

TWELVE miles away!!! Time to book another trip!

LOL

Thanks, but it's rock for me.

You are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Please check out our other great offers on the My Promotions page.
LHR JFK LHR will fix this "problem."

I wonder if award tickets count. I honestly didn't read the fine print when I got this. Just put in my SM and it confirmed my eligibility. Got the miles the same day.

Good luck!

Earlier this year, I was $35 short of qualifying for Diamond. I had the MQM already. Glad I booked one more trip!

It's a double miles promotion. Award tickets earn 0 miles. 0 x 2 = 0

Did you book this all on one reservation? Seems like quite a long way to get from LHR to HKG.

No. LHR-SoCal-LHR and SoCal - HKG were separate bookings.

egads -- I'm as close to Diamond as you are on segments, but have 100k less miles.

I had a similar problem booking more than 10 segments under a single
Ticket. I had to rebook some flights between hawaiian islands due to a medical Issie last month. They were only able to create a ticket with 8 segments and them they had to break it up. Is this common?
