C'mon Delta....really...??? 
Just visited the SC @ HNL for the first time ever.
1-ply toilet paper in the men's room.
Seriously.
Even the worst of the worst US county jails and prisons give inmates 2-ply! Lol
"Enhancements"!!!

While you sit there contemplating life. Do like my grand father did with the glossy pages of the Sears and Roebuck's catalog. Just ball up the sheets and un ball them a few times and you end up with some nice soft paper for your tender parts.

Three thoughts here:
1. I doubt many of us here have the necessary basis of experience to compare anything to jail/prison.
2. One-ply becomes eight-ply if you fold it over. The paper may not be the best, but I have yet to have it run out and need to ask the guy in the next stall if he can spare a square.
3. "Wet Wipes" are a traveler's friend and available in travel size.
