I'm surprise you were #1 on the list, since you had a confirmed first/biz ticket but were seated in coach. Anyway glad the inventory opened so you could get up there without having to worry about the upgrade list coding. :)

Had it gone to the gate standby list, as a customer with a paid front cabin ticket not having a seat in the front cabin, the customer should have been at the top of the standby list -- but nowhere on the "upgrade" list. |
