No More Foreign Transaction Fees on AXP Biz Reserve Card
Starting Mat 1st, AXP is eliminating foreign transaction fees on the Delta Business Reserve Card for Business.^^
I assume they are also doing that for the non-biz Biz Reserve Card, but my wife and I both have the business one, so I can't definitively say about the personal Biz Reserve card.

It's being eliminated from all the DL branded AmEx cards.
And the Plat card is seeing a fee increase, and the credit for having an AmEx charge card is being eliminated.
