I got lucky and stayed at five of six and cleared t-30.
Where this gets interesting is flight home I'll be diamond but it's a Monday am flight and only three seats left as of now.

I'm on a v fare.

Last few weeks have been interesting - couple of IROP issues and a few cancellations of my own cause, but here goes:

11/6 - LGA-DTW - K - upgraded due to 2 prior flights going WX
11/6 - DTW-CLE - K - upgraded due to 2 prior flights going WX

11/11 - CAK-ATL - U - upgraded at gate
11/11 - ATL-IND - U - upgraded at gate

11/14 - IND-JFK - U - upgraded 3 days prior (changed flight)
11/14 - IND-LGA - U - #2 of 3 and then somehow #1 of 0 with the gate agent angrily telling me that he cleared the 3 ahead of me "according to all proper policy" when I asked him what happened

11/14 - JFK-CDG - L - "upgraded" to Economy Comfort as Medallion Desk realized I'd be PM but the system wouldn't catch up in time

As Platinum:

11/16 - CDG-DUB - L - no upgrade, but it was a CityJet flight
11/16 - DUB-JFK - L - no Economy Comfort, no OpUp *shrug*
11/16 - JFK-ATL - #5 of 4 seats available

I've really enjoyed being a DM. I'm 12 for 12 on upgrades, including 4 upgrades through two GUCs. Of the 8 other upgrades, only 2 cleared at time of booking or at the window. 2 others cleared more than 3 hours before departure, and I won gate lotteries for the other 4, including a JFK-LAX flat bed BE segment. I got the last upgrade seat this morning ATL-DCA (I was #3 on the list for 3 seats). I felt really lucky, because after the upgrades were given out, there were still 51 flyers on the list.

Yeap - that NYC-Chicago shuttle was always a guaranteed upgrade when I was FO also. Enjoy it if you run that route often.

I did not expect this upgrade; I always assume no upgrade between MSP and ATL.

11/24 DL1991 MSP-ATL (Monday 5:25am flight) upgraded at the window! V fare.

It's not a long flight but is the first leg of MSP-ATL-NRT-SIN in EC. I'm glad to get even that short segment in F.
