Challenge MQM - only BIS MQMs?

Challenge MQM - only BIS MQMs?
Question with 2 parts:
1) If you sign up for a credit card that gives MQMs (eg Business Reserve) - do these count towards the MQMs earned during a challenge period? (I'm assuming a big NO here, but couldn't find the answer definitively)
2) Do bonus MQMs for class of service count towards the challenge total? (for example, booking directly into G and getting 150% MQMs)
Or is is just straight BIS miles flown that counts?

Yes, class of service bonus MQM's earned on Delta flights will count.
