I heard from Kevin Pinto this morning.

Let me just say that the news is all good; and that those of you who sent cards to him really did more good for Kevin than you will ever know.

Agreed. I remember emailing him back in 08-09 and he responded and took care of a mileage discrepancy instantly. He was a great ambassador for us at Delta.

Programs: Now just a lowly DL PM/1MM. This industry needs some competition. It's just not enjoyable anymore.

Glad he is doing better. Agree Kevin was a true asset at DL, the most helpful person by a wide margin when it came to FF program issues. He is missed even today.

To Kevin, continued best wishes and I hope your recovery continues.
