for those originating SEA, there are numerous same-day turns to the Bay Area (SFO/OAK/SJC, also SMF) for as low as $162 ... with the promo for the SEA-LAX legs you net 4816 miles

Up until Friday, CLT-MSP/DTW/ATL-SEA-ANC was $390 for as far as the eye could see, giving a sub-4.0 CPM. MQD's were about $320, give or take. Unfortunately, that fare is now $570.

Newbie question
For the double MQM's on Seattle flights, does this mean that the trip from Seattle to Narita count double?
Would an LAX to Seattle to Narita (DL 76161 ---> DL 155) flight count double for all the legs?
Appreciate help for a Newbie.

We're in OC next Sat anyway, and a friend is in the hospital in SEA (recovering stroke).
Checked LAX and found $ 375 RT discount 1st. Almost 2000 base with 50% class and 100% Seattle promo MQMs and a bunch more spendables.
We bought two with OOM (our own money) but will squeeze in a meeting with a liscensing partner to make it a sched C expense.

no -- LAX-SEA has to be on DL metal (not AS codeshare), and SEA-NRT is not part of the promo

you may still be able to find SEA/PDX-PHL (4700-5800 miles, depending on routing) for $241-$275

For your weekend we are really cheap back from BUF. It might take three runs, though.
My experience is that + 12000 miles in six weeks is really easy if you are flexible.
Have you checked HND, SIN, MXP, IST, ORL? Those are often cheap. Also check if the double MQMs promos out of SEA to the new cities help you (LAX, LAS, Etc)

Just Booked 2nd LAX-SEA-ANC-SEA-LAX
OK -- just burned my second bump voucher to take advantage of the promotion. I have 2 of the same itineraries in 2 weeks. Leave at 4:30 pm and back into LAX around 9:40 the next morning.
Going to be exhausting but seems worth it -- not too many hours or too long of flights for the MQMs earned with this promo.
Anyone else book this one yet?

It's actually 4820 miles, according to Delta.com with the promotion. The fare from SEA-SJC/OAK was reloaded today for some reason, and I seem to remember yesterday it was an X Class Fare, not V. Out of curiosity, did you actually book any prior to today to confirm?
