Currently, no flight attendant group or anyone working in ACS (Airport) are unionized. The union was turned down by flight attendants and ACS, when the last vote took place.

I'm sure they are going through a bunch of stuff. I still don't think it takes much in the way of special skills to do the job. Doesn't mean the job isn't hard or valuable, but that replacements could be found relatively easily.
