Heads up: Richard on CBS This Morning Thursday

I would guess this is to hype the new JFK Terminal. CBS tweeted out a picture of him sitting next to Regis in green room.

Richard should have some of that fine Gordon's Vodka to loosen him up for the show.

It's difficult for him to concentrate if he's not sitting at C.E. Woolman's desk!

Programs: Now just a lowly DL PM/1MM. This industry needs some competition. It's just not enjoyable anymore.

By chance did he mention any new "enhancements"?

Actually, it's probably worth listening to. He got asked about the tough FF mile redemptions and seemed, slightly, contrite.

One of the hosts personally mentioned her difficulty in redeeming, saying she had to stand on her head and do the hokey-pokey, and he responded:

"We are in the process of launching a new website. And we want to give you the capability and the functionality that you need to be able to do that (redeem your miles). I don't like to hear that. We want it to be easy for you, and that's a good takeaway for us."

He also talks, briefly, about JFK T4, Trainer and being "the business traveler's airline."

Yesterday on CNBC some analyst said "Delta was not afraid to piss off some over entitled people" in the context of how they are making money now. Nothing new here, of course. Just the trend.

"new" = rotated 180 degrees for easier viewing as you stand on your head.
