Actually, it's probably worth listening to. He got asked about the tough FF mile redemptions and seemed, slightly, contrite.
One of the hosts personally mentioned her difficulty in redeeming, saying she had to stand on her head and do the hokey-pokey, and he responded:
"We are in the process of launching a new website. And we want to give you the capability and the functionality that you need to be able to do that (redeem your miles). I don't like to hear that. We want it to be easy for you, and that's a good takeaway for us."

Yesterday on CNBC some analyst said "Delta was not afraid to piss off some over entitled people" in the context of how they are making money now. Nothing new here, of course. Just the trend.
