Paying for/confirming a held ticket?

Paying for/confirming a held ticket?
I had a Delta rep put an itinerary on hold for me last night, and now I want to pay for it. The ticket expires at midnight tonight... is there a way to do this online, or do I have to call? The ticket already appears on My Delta on delta.com and says confirmed, even though it's not paid for.
