I need to setup an alert for lax-syd for business class. How do i do this? All i can see is upgrade inventory but i need to create an award ticket(change an existing one). Also how do i do it for domestic flights both for first class and coach? N is coach right?
When you do the Award & Upgrade search you'll note that only upgrade classes are listed for Delta as award classes are unavailable and only found on Delta.com. As such you cannot create an alert for them.
