So maybe "First First World" problem
I don't know. The LAX Skyclub can sometimes have a striking resemblance of a refugee camp. People sitting on the floor or wedged into any crack or crevice they can find, waiting in line to take a shower, picked over shelf stable food items...
Obviously you've never been to a real refugee camp.

Ha! I'm old enough to remember there being 3 US clubs in PIT and none of them resembled a refugee camp.

I was flying through LAX a few weeks ago and did this myself. Definitely worth the 10 minute walk through the tunnel of despair! LOL

Boardroom is great and the soup was a seafood chowder if I remember correctly. Delicious!!

Ha, my first thought was "What is OP complaining about" ? Then I realized what he meant.

Just wait for the golf cart then yell along the way:

"Kettles get out of the way, way, way, way..."

Remember it well as it was a regular connecting point for me back in the early '80s. IIRC, the old Piedmont club was still open as a US Club when I joined back in the late 80s/early 90s.

Thanks for the reminder that geezerhood is just around the corner...

Sounded like this board was going to be about TEENS on spring break.

Same thing at T7 UC

Maybe it's an LA thing or a Spring Break thing?

Was stuck at the UC in T7 on Tuesday. So many rugrats howling at full volume about how their ipad game was making them "lose". Family and siblings conveniently on other end of seating row, doing nothing about it. Since when were rugrats allowed to misbehave in the lounges which were meant for grownups??
