Does anyone know if the bonus points apply on award stays?

It's tied to your points earning preferences in the HH program, so I would assume no. As always, YMMV

With this promotion last year, you had to have points and miles selected (vs. points and points). I have a hunch that you will get the miles on a 2 night award stay since Hilton credits you for nights and a stay (but not base points) on an award stay.

can you get points for this and the other 1k/2k hhonors points promo at the same time?

I was reeeeealllly hoping the title meant "Redeem 2013 Skymiles for 2 nights in a Hilton hotel". Oh well

The question becomes which is worth more: 2,013 SkyMiles or 5x HHonors points on the bill. Since both have a value problem, the answer is likely incremental to a person's needs.

However if this was MQMs, then they would be most valuable without question for a Delta flyer.

I always wonder if I am better off with the +points vs. +miles. In this case, I will probably go with +miles. My weekly stay is usually $650 so it would be 2,663 pesos every 2 weeks. Not too shabby.
