This is a "T" fare. Obviously should earn 100%. I vote with the previous post that it's a bug, which must be escalated thru Delta support channel.
Credit card charge-back is not going to work because the OP flew; basically got what he paid for in the eyes of the bank or amex.
In regards to Delta, there is no limit to IT stupidity.

However, for me, it was a ticket booked after the realignment of fares, so maybe a coding issue is messed up somewhere for ex-LHR flights.

Sorry if this sounds selfish! but how do I find out if I will be getting 100% MQMs or not, I have three flights booked directly with Delta and they are all class T, looking at 25K MQM thats my half way through to my yearly GM which I never had to worry about in the past? is there a way I can get Delta to tell me? their Customer support in the past have assured me that I will be getting 100% and I didn't I received 25% but they blamed it on Expedia fare! but from this post it sounds to me like it doesn't even matter
Thanks guys!

Of you already have a ticket you'll have to pay a change fee. Also you'd be giving out free money. You're entitled to 100% MQM so fight them if you don't get it.

I could be wrong, but it seems as if meeting codes, consolidator codes, etc., are designated in the fare code with a slash separating the two parts. See the example given in that post, and if your fare code looks similar, you might have a fare that only earns 25%.

And nobody from Delta could explain why.

I still hope that it's a DL software glitch, but I'm afraid you are right.
