Checked Bags in Missed Connection
 

How are checked bags handled during a missed connection? If you use the kiosk or the app to accept a re booking, are the bags automatically rerouted, or is some follow up needed? In the past I have used an agent to rebook and they called down to make sure the bags get taken care of. Don't know what happens if you do it the other way.
