Which row has no Window on the 737-800

Is it Row 13?

Is 14 blocked as well?

Thanks

OK, thanks. Answers that 13 is the windowless aisle, but it does not answer if 14 is partially blocked.

I've never understood why the 738 is missing a window in that spot. Is there something critical about the structural integrity of *that spot* that they can't drill a window? Fascinating really.

It's the exact location of the fan blade for the engine. I think there is a window missing in that location of every aircraft with wing mounted engines.

Seatguru said that 13F had a missing window on the 738 I was on 2 weeks ago. However, only 13A had the missing window. I had one in 13F and as far as I know 12F and 14F had windows as well. So IDK, it might just be one side of the plane.

Any further insight into why this is? I don't believe the "fan blade" theory because a hunk of metal rotating thousands of RPMs is going to tear through the airplane fuselage whether it's metal or not. So it really is just 13A? I have heard that on some planes like the 767s with missing windows, it's something about ducting for the ventilation/pressurization system.

it's indeed the ECS (Environmental Control System, aka air conditioning) riser duct

Interesting that it's just on the one side...no wonder 13A-C were vacant on the trip I booked recently.
