I use delta.com on my Ipad and and have no problems finding what I need

Yes, they can. I've done the same thing, both with revenue tickets and award tickets. Spent 20 minutes or more going over routings. They might hate me, and people on hold might as well, but they don't show it and are always incredibly helpful.

Also, I've found that matrix helps quite a bit in researching similar issues (when entering the DL+ routing code).

How do you login? I've tried multiple browsers but cannot get the top login portion selected so I can enter my FF number/Pin/Last Name

I use LTE and do not have those problems. I use delta.com a lot, for award searches, purchasing my tickets, changes, etc, I rarely use my laptop anymore, really have no major issues.

That is not true. I purchased tickets to SYD, LHR, CDG , Just in the last few weeks. I really don't have issues that others are seeing. If I did ( which I do have on their website) I would say so. Delta doesn't pay me money to praise them, because if they did I would be broke.

I use safari. I do the main login, it remembers my number, I put in my password, it remembers my last name, just like the website? Really you can't login? I can't do it on IPhone, but can on ipad.with no issues

I guess I should feel lucky then I have been able to log in to delta website from every device I use. Heck tonight I even was able to log in while on amtrak.

I use Safari on my iPad 3 and it does not remember any account numbers, passwords or my name. Is there a setting that does this?

Settings/safari/ auto fill/names and passwords remembers for almost every site
