DL Award, AF Metal Seat Assignments?
I've booked BC using DL awards on AF metal, TATL for September. I went to the DL website to verify the booking and all is well, including seat assignments.
I then went to the AF FB website to verify the AF record and they has different seats. In fact, the assigned seat on the DL website doesn't exist on the AF website.
Which one should I worry about? Any suggestions? I wrote down both the DL and the AF confirmation numbers (two different numbers).

Worry about what's on AF.us only, don't pay any attention to DL.com for AF seats. Verify at checkmytrip.com.

I've seen you recommend checkmytrip.com a few times ... can you let me know why you recommend it? (I'm always looking for a better way to manage my trips.) For instance, does any app you know of notify you if your seat assignments change?

You now need to use ExpertFlyer to check for AF/KL award inventory, as they are making more space available to FlyingBlue members than they do to partners. Space that shows in ExpertFlyer will show on DL.dumb, although you may have to search segment-by-segment or sort by fewest miles instead of best match to get it to show up.

Luck Luck Luck
I actually was trying to get a DL non-stop to a Central Europe destination. DL didn't have seats on the non-stop to my final destination, but offerred these connecting AF flights through CDG. There is only a 2 and 1/2 hour layover in CDG so I booked these 2 business class seats immediately. Totally done through DL telephone agent.
777-300 out and 777-200 back. Not my favorites, but better than staying home.

I'm sorry to bust into this thread and please let me know if I need to start another but....
I'm looking for 2 J award seats at the 100K level in May (flexible from 20-22 May) from Anywhere, USA to FLR or FCO, returning any time June 2-4 from FCO. We'll be starting in PNS, but I have no problem buying domestic to the departure city. I'm thinking MIA/IAD/JFK are the best bets.
I bought a two month subscription to KVS, but honestly...I'm over 60, I have Parkinson's and I wasn't too bright to begin with. Like the Jitterbug, KVS plumb evades me.
I see quite a few flights on 5/21 with CS2 and even CS4, but I can't seem to find how may miles are required for those seats. How do I find out? I've read every thread I can find on the subject, but I'm still confused.
I'm using a Marriott Vacation Package to get over the 200K level of SkyPesos. I need to identify flights before I get the package...okay, I WANT to identify them first.
