At YYZ just now: bag first off the flight.
Thank you Delta. Happy New Year!
(Better than AA where my bag was last off 3 flights last time I checked something in)

Did you point this out to the people in the baggage office at BOS?

I feel bad for whomever was in the baggage service office. If this warranted a post, those poor baggage service people probably got an ear full.

Between this and that DYKWIA SEA thread, the DL forum is off to a rousing start to 2013. Tis the year of beer and popcorn!

So how do you really feel?
I've had the same thing happen on AA an UA at BOS. Domestically the priority tags don't always do much.

Can we get a "Give a hug" or "Like button" added?
Maybe Delta can give out new certificates for "Give a virtual hug to a FTer or DYKWIA" as part of a service disruption incentive, membership benefit and enhancement.
Lol, happy new years to all

I've written about this issue elsewhere on the forum. Baggage handlers are not going to delay a non-Sky-Priority bag that they happen to pull out of the plane to let a Sky Priority bag pass. We know they're going to unload bags as fast as they can, SP or not.
This "benefit" is bait-and-switch at best, and blatant fraud at worst. Should the FTC and FAA be notified?
Expedited Baggage Service
We know how waiting for bags can be. That’s why Sky Priority gives your bags special treatment. Our expedited baggage service ensures your bags arrive first on the carousel, so you get to where you need to be without delay.
