Kevin,
Unlike the current Delta Corp Comm regime, you've always been great to respond quickly and directly about issues that you control. We'll miss that here.
Best of luck in your new endeavors and thanks again for all you've done for us.

I can't add anymore to what has been said in terms of customer service issue resolution I had with DL via the assistance of Mr. Pinto.
Too bad at the present time my organization cannot afford a VP of customer service who can lead by example.

An end of an era and a new beginning
Delta is losing its First Class operator: Kevin.
If anyone at Delta ever embraced the values and philosophy of C.E. Woolman, it was Kevin. Kevin represented Delta with class, grace, and fairness.
Notwithstanding his personal efforts, it's a shame that he hasn't had the opportunity to touch or train everyone at Delta; surely, it would have been a better place.
I know that it just won't be the same without our trusted "friend in the Diamond (and Metals) business."
Enjoy the next phase of life, Kevin; you earned it.
Obviously, you will be missed by those who came in contact with you and by those who will benefit from your standards as the Delta Staff attempts to live up to your legacy.
I hope that they would ask, "What would Kevin do?"

Dear Kevin,
As others have so eloquently stated, you will be sorely missed. Very nice that Delta is recognizing what you have done. I have never looked forward to an issue of Sky magazine more. I am planning on keeping the issue so you can sign it for me if we ever meet.

Congrats and thanks for the help, both direct and indirect. Now I gotta find someone else to refer to so I can tell people "I know someone inside who can help with that..."

Kevin,
I wish you best of luck and fulfillment in whatever you choose to do in the future.
You helped me on several occasions, and did so with competence and alacrity.
You demonstrated a level of customer service that will be hard for your associates to mimic.

Kevin - Many thanks for all you have done for the community! Though I don't fly DL that often, it's apparent that you've been a tremendous resource and friend for FT members. ^ Kudos and best of luck with whatever the future may bring.
