Yesterday, I checked the Delta website for the January 2013 PDF flight schedule. Dec 2012 was still up. So I checked again today for the Jan 2013 schedule and ... found that Nov 2012 was now up. Maybe tomorrow, I can relive the memories of Delta's schedule in October 2012. But I would much rather Delta load the Jan 2013 PDF.

Since I haven't been traveling for the last 2 months ... I haven't really bothered to log into the new Delta site ... well today I did to check on my roll over miles, etc.. (those posted).
All I have to say is the site is horrendous .. what functionality the prior site had along with it's issues was many times better compared to what it has become. It's like they had a 9 year old design the sites look and feel and the content that is being displayed and how it is displayed.

Today I went to search for flights between 2 cities, going through Traveling With Us, and then Flight Schedules. Rather than be able to do an online search, the only options I am given are a) donwloadable PDF that is basically an oldstyle timetable and b) a route map.
Is anyone else seeing this? Why would they strip even more funcationality away?

I sent an email to DL about this very issue, and also asked KP if he would have the IT folks look into this. It is totally crazy. The downloadable PDF is a complete joke--like going back 20 years to the old style booklets before the internet.
Why they would remove a feature used by probably most everyone of inputting a specific date, depurate and arrival cities, and seeing the schedule for that day (and with the ability to click forward or backward a day--and reverse route) is hard to fathom. I have to believe it was inadvertently removed and will come back.
