Hello, I'm new to this website, so, here goes. . .flew Boston/Rome on Oct. 4 and I'm trying to get the miles credited to my Delta Skymiles account. . .no can do, says Delta, without the ticket number, which I don't have. . .only have boarding pass which doesn't show it. . .Alitalia purges flown flights from its system and has no record of anything! (This reservation was made by Holland America Cruise Lines and they have no ticket number, either). Thanks for any suggestions.
