If the promo doesn't specify that they are MQMs, I would assume they would only be regular miles. I would be interested in this promo. Do you have a link?

My concern is the T&C say the first 5,000 will get the bonus miles, but there is no way to tell (as far as I can see) if they have reached 5,000.

Do you think this has been reached yet, or participants would be notified before their credit card donation has been submitted if this was already maxed out?
