I only saw one, but yes, it wasn't like I planned to find the golf cart or wait for it to arrive, it was there and just leaving and had a few seats open so I asked the guy to wait a sec and jumped on!

Is the tunnel wide enough for two golf carts to pass each other?

I think a better solution than adding another cart would be to provide skateboards for passengers. You can hop on a skateboard at one end of the tunnel and drop it off at the opposite end. You could even hold races against your fellow passengers. The winner gets a HOOU coupon.

Looks like the T4-T5 tunnel may reopen...would be a bit of a walk, but, assuming the T4-T5 tunnel links to the one to T6, pax would only need to enter T5 if they chose to do so.

American will have four gates in Terminal 6, subleased from United. There is a tunnel inside security– it has long been closed but should reopen — that connects Terminal 4 to Terminal 6. It is a long walk, however. Passengers must walk through Delta’s terminal.

if memory serves, the tunnel actually went all the way T4-T7 when it was first opened in the mid 1960s

as you come down the stairs/escalator at T5 you are facing a locked set of double doors with a big placard reading "NO ACCESS BEYOND THIS POINT" or similar language ... that's the tunnel to T4
